Description
This kit is designed to help students practice their soldering skills, while simultaneously introducing them to components and their functions.
The components are well spaced apart, yet the components and their functions are commonly used elements in serious electronics designs.
The kit includes the following key elements: multi-vibrator , potentiometer for adjusting the frequency of the multi-vibrator (the flashing rate) , LEDs, resistors, transistors and capacitors.
The kit includes a detailed Construction Guide which has step-by-step graphics of the assembly process.
The wide layout lends itself to simple experimentation and changing component values to change the frequency as well as the brightness of the LEDs.
The student notes are aimed at allowing students to work at their own pace, and achieve a high probability of success.
